Luna Keller worked through a bad mental health season by writing her new song, “Children of the Sun.” Its glistening strings soothe the soul as she works through troubled times, eventually coming out renewed on the other side. “It’s alright, alright,” she sings. She lets the sun fall fresh upon her face. “We will shine,” she continues. It’s not easy to give yourself a pep talk when in the throes of impenetrable darkness, but in writing the song, Keller gained a fresh appreciation for life. She learned how to live again. And that’s what matters most.
“Children of Sin” samples Keller’s forthcoming album, Death and All Her Enemies.
