Taste Test: Dylan Fraser opts for his childhood again on ‘Losing Sleep’
The alt-pop newcomer struggles to cope with adulthood in new video.

We’ve all longed for our childhoods in some form or fashion. Or perhaps we’ve longed for our teenager years or even early 20s. That’s just how it goes. Scottish alt/pop singer-songwriter Dylan Fraser tosses and turns between musical sheets with his new song. “Losing Sleep” finds himself wishing he could be turning back the clocks. “And I know that I was naive,” he admits, juggling one’s young foolishness and wisdom wrought in adulthood. In the accompanying visual, Fraser loses himself in the static, literally and metaphorically. The darkness collapses down around him, and all he can do is let all his angst seep out of his body.
“Losing Sleep” bookends Fraser’s new EP, The Storm, out everywhere now.
