Freshly Squeezed, Vol. 32: Oxymorrons, Heather Brave, I Hate You Just Kidding & more
Enjoy tracks by Alfred Hall, Courtney Marie Andrews, Lykke Li, Zayde Wølf and more!
Welcome to Freshly Squeezed, a weekly new music playlist: spanning country, pop, EDM and urban, mainstream and other.
Months from now, today (Feb. 2) shall be remembered as CHVRCHES‘ uproarious comeback. “Get Out,” not to be confused with the racial-horror thriller of last year, is a jostling, glitter-shifting and chewy earworm of colossal impact ⎯⎯ their forthcoming new record just bounded forward as the pop album we’re most excited about in 2018. Of course, I would be remiss if I didn’t point out some of the other outstanding club bangers and blustering country ‘n western tunes that are sticking on our brains right now. Our new just-pressed playlist below includes new Oxymorrons, Zayde Wølf, Pale Waves, Brandi Carlile, I Hate You Just Kidding, Rae Morris (yippee!), Lykke Li, Don Broco, Whiskey in the Pines, ’80s synth goddess Kim Wilde, Courtney Marie Andrews and Alfred Hall, among a smorgasbord of other pop purveyors and thoughtful folk tunesmiths.
Also dig into Raven & Red, The James Hunter Six, Fruition, Tove Styrke, Madi Rindge, Heather Brave and more.
Each playlist will be refreshed every Friday afternoon. We reserve the right to update anytime during the week, so make sure you bookmark this page.
