Love songs can, largely, feel saccharine and lifeless. Harrison Storm‘s “With You” fortunately carries with it a heartfelt and sweeping grandeur, stitched with his signature lilting vocals. Storm approaches such a topic with care and specificity, allowing the listening to attach their own lived-in experiences to the song’s backbone. “With you, the world feels more alive,” he sings. The longing seeps out of his very bones, and you get the sense very single word lurches forward with a tremendous amount of weight.
“With You” kicks off Storm’s brand new EP, Be Slow, out everywhere now.
