The iconic singer-songwriter finally releases one of her best songs.

Everyone probably remembers Mindy Gledhill‘s “Bring Me Close.” It was originally used in a 2012 Fruit of the Loom ad compaign, and it was literally everywhere. The song’s heavenly immersion is still as comforting now as it was then. And it’s finally on all major digital retailers. “I could float without wings / Touch the sky, feel the sunlight kiss my face,” she sings on the opening lines. Her voice, candy-coated and smooth, hurles the listener through space and time, stardust sticking to their limbs. Much like 2019’s Rabbit Hole, or rather most of her catalog, there’s something totally enveloping about the way she crafts her melodies, stitched with prime lyrical lace and delivered like a two-ton anvil.
