Taste Test: Eve Minor pierces through a macabre daydream to ask, ‘Who Are You?’
The avant-garde pop artist seeks the other side for love.

A need for love and connection haunts Eve Minor‘s dreams. Even her waking life is a distorted cosmos, peppered with a devilish presence that she can’t quite define, and her song “Who Are You?” snaps the tendons and strums them as an angel on a harp. But here, particularly in the visual that forces the viewer down into a hellish wonderland, she agonizes over her desires. “In my dream, you are falling,” she whispers in a moment of jarring clarity. Her hand squeezes through to the other side, worlds blending into each other, and her signals might lead her to a place she never anticipated. Metallic percussion thrashes against the brain, splattering emotions, and Minor’s voice is as chilling as it is blissful.
