The Sweeplings‘ “Can I Have Forever with You” is a simple love song, yet its delicately-delivered melody is enough to melt even the coldest of hearts. It’s dreamy and contagious, as it wafts into your eardrums. “Got me begging, I’ve be falling / Head over heals, oh is this all real / Can I spend forever with you,” the duo, comprised of Whitney Dean and Cami Bradley, sigh, barely above a whisper. Their voices explode with subtlety, as though they have nowhere to go and exist only in the present. They bask in the little moments of life and let it all soak into their skin, effectively lasting for a lifetime.
