The Singles Bar: Dylan Chambers – Lifting Me Up

Dylan Chambers schmoozes and grooves with his new soul-pop song “Lifting Me Up.” He combs retro-funk with a modern Bruno Mars flair that feels classically contemporary. It’s neither undercooked nor over-baked; it goes down smooth, with a hint of smolder. “Now, I won’t be waiting so long / Your energy turns me so warm,” he croons, sliding from note to note with the ease of Lionel Richie. It’s so intoxicating, you probably wont’ be able to get enough. But what you do get will make you so hot.
