With her new song “I’m Too Old for That Now,” Americana singer-songwriter Skylar Gregg admits that she’s crossed over and decided that, well, she’s far too old to continue the path she once soldiered. “Time keeps ticking on this dead-end road,” she sings. There’s a heaviness in Gregg’s vocal, as she resigns herself to reality. But she looks to the horizon with hope glistening in her eyes.
