The Singles Bar: Tiffany Thompson – Burn, Burn, Burn

As the single cover art suggests, Tiffany Thompson lights a fire to the past. She gathers around a freshly crackling campfire and rips pages from a book. “Burn, Burn, Burn” roots itself in the earth, acoustic guitar howling at the low-hanging crescent moon. “Tear them out, book by book / And give them to the fire,” she sings. Thompson’s voice is reedy and grows out of the woods creaking around her. It’s the kind of performance that should turn a few heads.
